Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation and refund rules for SeekingBeta.AI's monthly subscription plans, including any paid plans displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid monthly billing period.
2. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you retain access to paid features through the remainder of the billing period that has already been paid.
3. Refunds and Proration
Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds or prorated credits after a billing cycle starts. This includes cases where you cancel mid-cycle.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), contact support@seekingbeta.ai promptly with your account email and transaction details. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct billing errors.
5. Payment Processor
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Stripe. If we confirm a billing error, we may issue a correction or refund through Stripe back to the original payment method, where possible.
